Welcome to allset. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the allset. event management platform ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the allset. event management platform
"User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Service
"Organizer" refers to Users who create and manage events
"Attendee" refers to Users who RSVP to or participate in events
"Content" refers to any data, text, or information submitted to the Service

2. Account Terms

2.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Organizer account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

2.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Organizers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from Attendees
You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Service

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to:

Create and manage legitimate corporate, educational, or personal events
Collect RSVPs and attendee information with appropriate consent
Send event-related communications to attendees
Coordinate travel and logistics for event participants

You may NOT use the Service to:

Send spam or unsolicited communications
Collect personal data without proper consent or legal basis
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Organize events that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or violence

4. Content & Data

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all Content you submit to the Service. By submitting Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Data Responsibility

Organizers are data controllers for attendee information they collect
We act as a data processor on behalf of Organizers
Organizers must have a lawful basis for collecting attendee data
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Fees & Payment

Some features may require a paid subscription
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
You are responsible for any applicable taxes

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by allset. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission. "allset." and our logo are trademarks of allset.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required for security reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for third-party services or content
We are not liable for data loss, except as required by applicable law

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless allset., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
